R&D

Black Light develops high-quality industrial, commercial, and architectural lighting solutions through its advanced in-house R&D laboratory. Before entering production, each luminaire is thoroughly tested in dedicated test cabins to ensure durability, performance, and compliance with international standards. Comprehensive procedures such as IP5X and IP6X dust ingress tests, IPX5 and IPX6 water resistance tests, thermal chamber evaluations, IK impact tests, and handheld spectrometer measurements ensure that every product is fully optimized for real field conditions.

Our R&D infrastructure supports all product groups, including high-bay luminaires, linear pendant systems, street and road lighting, projectors, tunnel lighting, and special application fixtures. Each product undergoes mechanical durability testing, optical performance analysis, energy efficiency validation, and environmental stress assessments long before it reaches the end user.

This approach allows Black Light to respond quickly to customer needs, deliver reliable lighting in challenging environments, and meet global quality requirements. Our R&D laboratory plays a key role in design improvements, prototype testing, optical analysis, material resistance evaluations, and overall product development processes.

As LED lighting technologies evolve rapidly, our continuous investment in R&D enables us to increase product performance, develop more efficient light sources, and offer long-lasting, dependable solutions. Black Light aims to deliver innovative lighting systems supported by expert engineering and tailored to the specific needs of each project.
